Frequently Asked Questions...

Q: What is the judging process like at the National Pageant?

A: Contestants will participate in four judging sessions. These consist of three individual interview sessions with the panel of judges and a platform speech that will also be judged. In addition, the top five finalists named during Saturday's Crowning Ceremony will participate in an on-stage judging session, where they will be asked to answer two questions in front of the audience.

Q: Will the National Pageant be streamed live?

A: Every year we try very hard to stream the pageant live. This year, we plan to stream the contestant platform speeches on Friday, August 12, and the Crowning Gala on Saturday, August 13. You can tune in to our youtube channel at 7:00 P.M. EST to watch!

Q: Can we attend the National Pageant?

A: Yes. We would love for you to join us. The pageant will take place at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
